　　摘    要：A simple, easy to understand idea can be overwhelmed by the complexities of scaling it to a large project.  The simplicity of the idea can mask and mislead the inherent difficulties bringing about poor planning, scheduling, and budgeting.  Being aware of these problems can help to mitigate the dangers.
